A delectable side dish or a rich dipping sauce all in one simple crab appetizer dish that would surely get anyone’s taste buds going! A creamy horseradish and cream cheese base, seasoned with onions, salt and pepper, then ultimately accentuated by meaty crab chunks and almonds for a full-bodied dish.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • oz crab meat, drained
  • 2 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp horseradish, cream-style
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • cup almonds, slivered

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl, combine the ingredients except for almonds and mix well.
  3. Pour into greased 6-by-6-inch casserole dish or baking pan.
  4. Top with almonds.
  5. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes at 350 degrees F until heated through.

  6. Remove from oven while still hot and serve with crackers.
