
How To Make Spicy Tuna Poke Bowls
Make your own poke bowls at home with this simple to follow recipe! It comes with a spicy mayo and filling tuna for a full meal.

Ingredients
For Tuna:
- ½lbsushi-grade tuna,cut into ½-inch cubes
- ¼cupscallions,sliced
- 2tbspsoy sauce,reduced sodium, or gluten-free tamari
- 1tspsesame oil
- ½tspsriracha sauce
For Spicy Mayo:
- 2tbsplight mayonnaise
- 2tspsriracha sauce
For Poke Bowl:
- 1cupshort grain brown rice,or sushi white rice, cooked
- 1cupcucumbers,peeled and diced into ½-inch cubes
- ½Hass avocado,medium
- 2scallions,sliced for garnish
- 1tspblack sesame seeds
- soy sauce,reduced sodium, or gluten-free tamari, for serving, optional
- sriracha,optional
Instructions
Spicy Mayo:

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha, then thin them with a small drizzle of water.
Tuna:

In a medium bowl, combine tuna with scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil and sriracha.

Gently toss to combine, then set aside.
Poke Bowl:

In 2 bowls, layer ½ of the rice, ½ of the tuna, avocado, cucumber and scallions.

Drizzle with spicy mayo and sesame seeds.

Serve with extra soy sauce on the side, and enjoy!
