How To Make Pickled Jalapenos and Carrots
A jar of these pickled jalapenos with crunchy carrots makes for a great side dish! Serve them with your meals or top them over your favorite burgers.

Ingredients
- 1½cupsdistilled white vinegar
- ¼cupwhite sugar
- 10jalapeno peppersthinly sliced
- 2cupscarrotssliced, ¼-inch thick slices
- ½red onioncut into ¼-inch-thick rings
Instructions

Bring the vinegar and sugar to a boil in a saucepan over high heat.

Cook and stir until the sugar has dissolved, then stir in the jalapeno peppers, carrots, and onion.
