How To Make Teriyaki Tofu Fried Rice
Have a hearty-healthy breakfast meal with this teriyaki tofu fried rice made with marinated tofu, soy, spice, and everything nice.
In a medium bowl, combine the tofu and teriyaki sauce. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated tofu and cook for about 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
To the same pan, add the kimchi and cook for about 3 minutes, until heated through.
In a small nonstick pan, fry the eggs over easy, for about 2 minutes.
Add the cauliflower rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
Top with the fried eggs and serve.
