- 9large potatoes
- 8ozcream cheese
- 1cupsour cream
- 2tsponion salt
- 1tspsalt
- ¼tspground black pepper
- 2tbspbutter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish and set it aside.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Mash until smooth.

Stir in the cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, and pepper. Beat until light and fluffy.
