- 1cupvegetable broth
- 1tspkosher salt
- ½tspwhite pepper
- 3clovesgarlicminced

- parsleyoptional for garnish
Instructions

Add the potatoes, broth, salt, and pepper to a 3-quart slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours.
