Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.

  2. In a separate pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

  3. Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a food processor or blender and add the butter and garlic mixture.

  4. Process until smooth, gradually adding milk until desired consistency is reached.
