
How To Make Creamy Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

- 5lbpotatoes
- 1cupchicken broth,or stock
- 4garlic cloves,crushed
- â…“cupbutter
- salt,to taste
- â…”cupsour cream
- ½cuphot milk
- ½cupparmesan cheese,optional
- pepper,to taste
Instructions

Place the potatoes, broth, garlic, and butter into the slow cooker. Season with salt; mix together and cover with lid.

Cook on high setting for 4 hours until very tender.

Mash potatoes with a potato masher or electric beater. Stir the sour cream and milk through until well combined and creamy. Add the Parmesan cheese.
