
How To Make Garlic Red Mashed Potatoes
Mashed potatoes are the perfect comfort food. They make every meal better. This recipe uses red potatoes and flavors them with garlic and parmesan.

- 8red potatoes,medium, quartered
- 2tspgarlic,minced
- 2tbspbutter
- ½cupmilk,warmed
- 1tspgarlic salt,(can add more if desired)
- ½tsppepper
- ¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
- fresh parsley,optional
Instructions

Place potatoes and garlic in a large pot and cover with water.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes (or until potatoes are tender).

Drain potatoes and place back in a pot. Add butter, milk, salt and pepper.

Blend with hand mixer until desired consistency. Stir in cheese and top with fresh parsley.
