  • 3 lb red baby potatoes, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup chive and onion cream cheese
  • ¼ cup milk


  1. Place the potatoes in your crock pot.
  2. Cover with garlic, oil, salt, and water.
  3. Gently toss to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on a high heat setting for about 4 hours.

  5. Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the potatoes.
  6. Stir in the remaining ingredients, adding more milk as needed.
