- 3tbspbutter
- 2tbspChicken Bouillon Powder
- 2tspfresh dill,chopped
- salt and ground black pepper,to taste

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash in a large bowl.
