How To Make Roast Turkey Breast

Ingredients
- 2 lbs turkey breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a roasting pan.

Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, then season with dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Place the turkey breast in the roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil.

Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour, then remove the foil and continue roasting for another hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove the turkey breast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
