How To Make No-Baste Roast Turkey
This no-baste turkey recipe is the easiest recipe out there, which is guaranteed to produce the crispiest and juiciest roast turkey ever for Thanksgiving.

Ingredients
- 8tbspunsalted butter,softened
- 12lbturkey,thawed, cleaned out
- 2tbspkosher salt
- 2tspcoarse ground black pepper
- 2stalkscelery,cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1yellow onion,cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1large carrot,cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2cupsboiling water
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F and get a large roasting pan that’s at least two inches larger than the turkey on all sides with walls that are 2-inches tall.

Add the turkey to the roasting pan and rub it with the butter inside and out, and season with salt and pepper.

Add the chopped carrots, celery, and onions inside the turkey cavity.

Add the boiling water to the bottom of the roasting pan carefully, then cover it with foil tightly (be sure to tent it over the turkey but the foil is not touching the turkey skin). Place into the oven.

Bake for 60 minutes, then turn off the oven but do not open the door or remove the foil, or do anything at all.

Leave the turkey undisturbed in the oven for 5 hours until the oven has completely cooled.
