How To Make Roast Turkey with Creamy Mustard Gravy
Sink your teeth into this succulent roast turkey, served with a side of mustard gravy made with herbs, dijon, and broth, for a filling Thanksgiving meal!

Ingredients
- 12lbsturkey
- 3tbspcornstarch
- 2cupsturkey broth,chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 3tbspMaille® Dijon Originale,or Old Style Mustard
- 3tbspmixed herbs,such as rosemary, sage, parsley, and thyme, freshly chopped
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Roast the turkey according to desired recipe.

After the turkey is cooked, remove from the roasting pan and add the broth to the pan drippings. Stir to scrape up all the browned bits.

Pour the mixture into a small saucepan.

In a small bowl, combine cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water. Stir into the mixture in a saucepan along with Maille, chopped herbs, salt and pepper.

Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 1 minute until the gravy is thickened and smooth.

Serve with sliced roast turkey, and enjoy!
