
How To Make Instant Pot Turkey Breast

Ingredients
- 1 (4-pound) turkey breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Place the turkey breast, chicken broth, onion, garlic, rosemary, thyme, sage, salt, and black pepper into the Instant Pot.

Close and lock the lid. Set the Instant Pot to cook on High pressure for 30 minutes.

Once the cooking time is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release to release any remaining pressure.

Carefully remove the turkey breast from the Instant Pot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
