How To Make Stem Ginger & Mustard Glazed Ham

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg ham
- 2 tbsp stem ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the ham in a large roasting pan.

In a small bowl, mix together the stem ginger, dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.

Spread the glaze mixture evenly over the ham.

Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.

Remove the foil and baste the ham with the glaze from the pan.

Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and continue baking for another 30 minutes, or until the ham is golden brown and glazed.
