Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg pork roast
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, black pepper, and olive oil.

  2. Place the pork roast in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  4. Remove the pork roast from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.

  5. Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. Remove the pork roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  7. Serve the marinated pork roast hot and enjoy!
