  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.

  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Sear the lamb chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the lamb reaches your desired doneness.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
