How To Make Rotisserie Chicken with Tomato Salad

Get your preferred rotisserie chicken and try this wonderful meal by adding cauliflower florets and tomato salad that’s drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.

For Cauliflower Florets:

  • 12ozcauliflower florets,(325 g), such as Marketside®
  • kosher salt and black pepper,to taste

For Rotisserie Chicken:

  • 1traditional rotisserie chicken,light meat only, such as Marketside®

For Tomato Salad:

  • 2cupsTomato Salad
  • ¼cupred wine vinaigrette,or balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1lbasparagus,grilled


Cauliflower Florets:

  1. Using a fork, poke holes into the cauliflower package.

  2. Microwave the package for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender. Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper.

Rotisserie Chicken:

  1. Separate the 2 wings and 2 breasts from the chicken.

Tomato Salad:

  1. Dress the tomato salad with vinaigrette.

  2. Serve the chicken with the steamed cauliflower, tomato salad, and grilled asparagus. Enjoy!
