
How To Make Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Cinnamon and Honey Butter
These roasted sweet potatoes are roasted to tender perfection with a spiced and sweet glaze! Whip up a rich serving with just five ingredients.

- 2½lbssweet potatoes,or yams, peeled, diced into ¾-inch to 1-inch pieces
- 5tbspunsalted butter,diced into 1-inch pieces, melted
- 3tbsphoney
- 1tspcinnamon
- ½tspsalt,or to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13 by 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, cinnamon and salt.

Place the sweet potatoes in baking dish, pour the honey butter mixture over top, then toss well to evenly coat. Spread into an even layer.

Bake in the oven for about 50 to 55 minutes total, until soft, tossing each third of the way through.

Toss the sweet potatoes with extra honey mixture at the bottom of the pan and serve warm. Enjoy!
