How To Make Roasted Shrimp

Keep things simple with this 15-minute roasted shrimp recipe. You only need to add salt, olive oil, & black pepper, allowing the shrimp flavors to shine.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1lbsshrimp,deveined but peel on (16-20 count)
  • 3tbspolive oil
  • 2tspkosher salt
  • ½tspcoarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Place shrimp in single layer on baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until just pink.
