  • 1lbsshrimp,deveined but peel on (16-20 count)
  • 3tbspolive oil
  • 2tspkosher salt
  • ½tspcoarse ground black pepper


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Place shrimp in single layer on baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until just pink.
