How To Make Roasted Red Potatoes

These roasted red potatoes are full of savory flavors from the garlic, parmesan, and various seasonings. This oven-baked dish is a quick and easy side dish.

  • lbsbaby red potatoes,halved
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 2tspgarlic,minced
  • 2tspsalt
  • ½tsppepper
  • 1tspitalian seasoning
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,finely grated
  • 2tbspfresh parsley,chopped


  • cooking spray


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat the foil with cooking spray.

  2. Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.

  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
