How To Make Parmesan, Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

A perfect to any dish, on any occasion, these roasted potatoes burst with an array of flavors from delicious herbs and spices in every crisp-soft bite.

  • 2lbpotato
  • 1cupparmesan cheese,shredded
  • 3tbspgoose fat,or vegetable oil
  • 1tbspdried rosemary
  • 1tbspgarlic,crushed
  • salt,to taste
  • pepper,to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Peel and quarter the potatoes then place in a bowl. Add in 2 tablespoons of goose fat and mix so that the potatoes are evenly covered.

  3. Add 1 tablespoon of goose fat to a baking tray and cook for about 10 minutes in the oven, making sure the oil is hot. Add the potatoes.

  4. Cook for about 1 hour, flipping every 15 minutes to ensure they are evenly browned.
