How To Make Roasted Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts

  • 4large red skinned potatoes
  • 2cupsbrussels sprouts
  • 4tbspolive oil
  • 1tbspfresh rosemary,or ½ tbsp dried rosemary, minced
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • black pepper and salt,to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Wash the unpeeled potatoes and dice into ½-inch cubes. Wash the brussels sprouts and cut them in half or quarters extra-large.

  3. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl, then place in a single layer on a parchment lined pan.

  4. Roast for about 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.

  5. Serve, and enjoy!
