Roasted Lemon-Garlic Shrimp Recipe

How To Make Roasted Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Perfect to be paired with pasta, this lemon garlic shrimp has a smokiness and tanginess to produce plump and tasty shrimp! Whip this up in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • lbsjumbo shrimp,shelled, deveined
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • ¼tspred pepper flakes,crushed
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1tbspparsley,chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray two large nonstick baking trays with cooking spray.

  2. Combine the shrimp, garlic, oil, and crushed red pepper together in a bowl and stir to combine.

  3. Arrange the shrimp on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Roast for 6 to 8 minutes or until the shrimp turns opaque.

  5. Squeeze lemon over the shrimp and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
