These roasted green beans are roasted to tender-crisp and can be a main dish or a great side dish alongside chicken, egg noodles, or pork tenderloin.

  • 1lbgreen beans
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • ½tspseasoned salt
  • black pepper,to taste
  • ¼tspgarlic powder,optional


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Wash beans and trim ends.

  3. Place beans on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Add seasonings and toss well. Spread into a single layer.

  5. Roast beans for 18 to 22 minutes or until tender-crisp. Broil for 1 minute if desired.
