How To Make Roasted Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Garlic butter mushrooms are the perfect side dish for any gathering. The simple ingredients let the mushroom shine and the thyme elevates the flavors more.

  • 1lbmushrooms,trimmed
  • 2tbspcanola oil
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspblack pepper
  • 3clovesgarlic,chopped
  • 2tspfresh thyme,chopped
  • 2tbspbutter


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Toss the mushrooms with canola oil, Kosher salt, black pepper, garlic and thyme.

  3. Spread the mixture onto a large cookie sheet in a single layer (the more space between the mushrooms the better).

  4. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until they start to brown.

  5. Remove from pan and put into a bowl and toss with the butter.
