How To Make Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

This roasted cauliflower recipe is a good side dish or main dish perfect to pair with rice or use as a topping for pizza, salad, or pasta.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 25 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1lbcauliflower,a normal head of cauliflower
  • 2tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets about the size of a ping pong ball.

  3. Put into a large bowl and toss with oil and salt and pepper.

  4. Spread evenly onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
