One great way to enjoy even the least liked of veggies is to baked them with parmesan, much like this recipe for roasted Brussels sprouts.

- cooking spray
- 1½lbsfresh brussels sprouts,trimmed and halved
- 2tbspolive oil
- ½cupparmesan cheese,shredded
- ¼cupdry bread crumbs
- 1tspgarlic powder
- ½tspsalt
- ¼tspground black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Combine Brussels sprouts and olive oil in a large resealable plastic bag and shake to coat. Add Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bag; shake to coat.

Spread Brussels sprouts in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 17 minutes, until Parmesan cheese is melted and the Brussels sprouts are lightly browned.
