
How To Make Roasted Acorn Squash
A simple plate of roasted acorn squash makes the best pairing for any meal! It’s oven-roasted with simple seasonings for a great flavor-neutral side.

- 2acorn squash
- 4tbspbutter
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 2tbspbrown sugar,optional
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut the acorn squash in half.

Using a large spoon, scoop out the seeds and pulp, then discard.

Place the squash in a shallow baking pan, cut side up.

Rub the squash with the butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and brown sugar.

Roast uncovered, flesh side up, for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden and tender.
