How To Make Roast Pork with Fruity Sauce

- 2 lbs pork loin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the pork loin with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Place the seasoned pork loin on a roasting rack in a baking dish.

Pour apple juice over the pork loin.

Roast the pork loin in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar.

Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and cold water until smooth.

Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the simmering sauce, stirring constantly until thickened.

Remove the roasted pork loin from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
