
How To Make Quick Glazed Carrots
These glazed carrots will outshine everything else on the dinner table, with their brown sugar glaze that caramelizes as it cooks.

- 2lbscarrots,peeled and sliced diagonally
- 1tbspolive oil
- ¼cupbutter,melted
- ¼cupbrown sugar
- 2clovesgarlic,minced
- ¼tsppepper,to taste
- ½tspsalt
- fresh parsley,chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Â In a medium sized bowl, add the carrots, olive oil, butter, brown sugar, garlic, and salt and pepper and combine. Â

Spread the carrots in an even layer on the cookie sheet. Â Roast for 10 minutes and toss. Â

Then roast for another 10 minutes until the carrots are tender and caramelized. Â Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.Â
