This simple and easy pepper ranch roasted potatoes made with baby potatoes and ranch dressing is a perfect side dish that the whole family will love.

  • 2lbsbaby potatoes,washed
  • 3tbspolive oil
  • 1ozranch dressing mix,(1 packet) or homemade ranch dressing
  • 1½tspfreshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Wash the potatoes and cut in half (do not peel).

  3. In a small bowl, combine the ranch mix, pepper, and olive oil. Toss with potatoes.

  4. Place the potatoes on a parchment-lined pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned.
