- 2lbsbaby potatoes,washed
- 3tbspolive oil
- 1ozranch dressing mix,(1 packet) or homemade ranch dressing
- 1½tspfreshly cracked black pepper

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Wash the potatoes and cut in half (do not peel).

In a small bowl, combine the ranch mix, pepper, and olive oil. Toss with potatoes.

Place the potatoes on a parchment-lined pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned.
