How To Make Parmesan Garlic Roasted Tomatoes

So simple yet so tasty, these roasted tomatoes are tossed in olive oil, garlic, and parmesan cheese, for a smoky and cheesy dish.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Total: 30 minutes



  • 5roma tomatoes,or tomato of choice
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 1tbsp*Italian seasoning,(see Recipe Notes for recipe)
  • 3garlic cloves,minced
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,shredded


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice the tomatoes in half or about ½-inch in thickness.

  2. In a medium sized bowl, add the tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic and Parmesan Cheese. Toss to coat.

  3. On a baking sheet or 9×13-inch pan, place the tomatoes in a single layer.

  4. Roast in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes until the skin starts to soften.

  5. Garnish with fresh chopped basil if desired. Serve and enjoy.
