How To Make Oven Roasted Lemon Parmesan Broccoli
In less than 30 minutes, you can make this tasty parmesan broccoli dish made with broccoli mixed in a zesty lemon mix, roasted, then topped with parmesan!

Ingredients
- 1lbbroccoli florets,washed, well drained
- 3tbspolive oil
- ½tsplemon zest,optional
- 1clovefresh garlic,minced
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 1ozfresh Parmesan cheese,grated
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Zest lemon. Toss the broccoli with olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper, ensuring all pieces are well coated.

Line a pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Spread the broccoli evenly over the pan, and roast for about 10 minutes or just until tender-crisp.

Remove from the oven, place in a bowl, and immediately toss with parmesan cheese.

Serve hot.
