  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, bacon, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.

  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and crispy.

  5. Stir occasionally during cooking to ensure even browning.
