How To Make Lemon Salt Roasted Pork Loin

  • 2lemons,zest only
  • tbspsalt
  • 2tbspextra-virgin olive oil
  • black pepper,freshly ground
  • lbspork loin,trimmed of excess fat
  • honey roasted apples


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Finely zest the lemons, then rub them with salt and pepper between fingers.

  3. Add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then rub the lemon-salt mixture all over the pork loin.

  4. Roast the pork loin for 20 to 25 minutes, until just cooked to 145 degrees F.

  5. Remove the pork from the pan, then let rest on a cutting board for about 5 minutes.

  6. Slice the pork.

  7. Serve with honey roasted apples, if desired, and enjoy!
