Grab a bite of this perfectly tender and savory roast beef meal! It’s loaded with tons of garlic and seasonings for extra bite and flavor.
Remove the roast beef from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking to reach room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Using a sharp knife, pierce the meat about ½-inch deep.
Insert slivers of garlic in each hole, pushing all the way in.
Lightly spray the meat with olive oil, then season generously with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
Place the thermometer all the way into the center of the meat.
Place the beef in a roasting pan then roast it in the oven.
Roast until the thermometer reads 140 degrees F for medium rare.
Remove the roast from the oven, then let it rest for 10 to 20 minutes.
Slice thinly, serve, and enjoy!
Roast until the thermometer reaches 130 degrees F for rare, 150 degrees F for medium, and 155 to 160 degrees F for well done.
