How To Make Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes

Bursting with a combination of garlic and buttery flavors, these roasted red potatoes are double baked for a crispy outside and soft inside mouthfeel.

  • 2lbsred potatoes,quartered
  • ¼cupbutter,melted
  • 4garlic cloves,minced
  • 1tspkosher salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Toss the red potatoes, butter, garlic, and salt together in a large bowl.

  3. Place the potato mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dis, then cover with foil.

  4. Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil, mix the potatoes, then bake for an additional 30 minutes.

  5. Serve warm, and enjoy!
