- 1lbgreen beanswashed and patted dry
- 2tbspolive oilor canola oil
- 1tspsalt
- ¾tspfreshly ground black pepper
- 1tbspgarlicabout 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2tbspfresh parsleychopped
- ¼cupparmesan cheese
