- 1lbgreen beanswashed and patted dry
- 2tbspolive oilor canola oil
- 1tspsalt
- ¾tspfreshly ground black pepper
- 1tbspgarlicabout 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2tbspfresh parsleychopped
- ¼cupparmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C (425 degrees F).

Lightly spray a baking sheet or tray with cooking oil spray.

Arrange the green beans in one layer on the baking sheet.

Drizzle with oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan.

Toss beans to evenly coat.

Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking time, until fork tender.
