How To Make Easy Roasted Peppers
These roasted peppers can easily spice up your meals with their smoky and peppery tones. Cook these up in just 15 minutes for a quick and simple side!
- 6red bell peppers
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.
Cut the peppers into quarters. Remove the seeds and the membranes.
Roast the peppers for about 10 to 15 minutes until the skin blisters and turns black.
Remove from oven and cover with plastic, or a tea towel, or place in a paper bag until cool. The skins should peel away off of the peppers easily when cooled.
Serve with desired dish and enjoy.
