How To Make Crispy Roasted Garlic Broccoli

Strong, fragrant flavors coat this garlic-roasted broccoli for an appetizing dish perfect with any meal with the minty flavor of broccoli as an aftertaste.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1lbbroccoli,cut into large pieces
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 2clovesgarlic,minced
  • salt & pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Toss broccoli with remaining ingredients and ensure each piece is well coated with olive oil. Place on a baking pan.

  3. Roast 10 to 12 minutes or until tender-crisp. Move to the top rack of the oven and broil 1 minute if desired.
