How To Make Crispy Garlic-Roasted Broccoli

Strong and fragrant flavors coat this 4-ingredient roasted broccoli that’s tossed in garlic and olive oil for an appetizing dish perfect with any meal.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 15 minutes



  • 1lbbroccoli,cut into large pieces
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 2clovesgarlic,minced
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Toss broccoli with remaining ingredients and ensure each piece is well coated with olive oil. Place on a baking pan.

  3. Roast for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender-crisp. Move to the top rack of the oven and broil 1 minute if desired.

  4. Serve warm and enjoy.
