How To Make Cheesy Roasted Garlic Green Beans
For a keto-friendly side dish, try this garlic green beans recipe. Green beans roasted to perfection, drizzled with olive oil, and topped with Mozzarella.
- 1lbgreen beans
- ¼cupolive oil
- 2tbspfresh parmesan cheeseshredded
- 1tbspminced garlic
- ¾tspkosher salt
- ¼tspfresh cracked black pepper
- 1¼cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking oil spray.
Arrange green beans on baking sheet in a single layer. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the oil mixture over the green beans and toss to evenly coat.
Bake for 20 minutes until the beans are tender-crisp.
Remove from oven and top with the Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and broil until the cheese melts and becomes golden.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
