How To Make Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
- ¼cupketchup,plus 2 tbsp
- 2tspWorcestershire sauce
- ½small onion,minced
- 1tspolive oil
- 1.3lbsground turkey,99% lean
- ½cupbreadcrumbs,seasoned whole wheat, or gluten-free
- 1large egg
- 1tspmarjoram
- 1tspkosher salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of ketchup with Worcestershire sauce.

In a small skillet, heat the olive oil and onion on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, until translucent. Remove from heat.

In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, ¼ cup of ketchup, salt, and marjoram.

Place the mixture into a loaf pan, then spoon the sauce on top.

Bake uncovered for 55 to 60 minutes.

Remove from the oven, then let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
