Black Olive Meatloaf Recipe

This is a simple meatloaf recipe with a slight Mediterranean feel. Take it to the next level and sprinkle in a handful of feta cheese!

How To Make Black Olive Meatloaf

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion (small, chopped)
  • 1 stalk celery (chopped)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 can black olives (sliced)
  • 1 slice white bread (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 

  2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the ketchup.

  3. Form into a loaf and place in a loaf pan. Spread ketchup on top and bake for 1 hour.

  4. Remove from baking pan and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
