Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion small, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 can black olives sliced
  • 1 slice white bread chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. 
  • In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the ketchup.
  • Form into a loaf and place in a loaf pan. Spread ketchup on top and bake for 1 hour.
  • Remove from baking pan and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
