Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onions, garlic, jalapeno pepper, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika until well combined.

  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
