Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. Shape the mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned.

  4. Serve the meatloaf patties with your favorite sides and enjoy!
