How To Make Cornbread Meatloaf

  • 2 cup Cornbread Stuffing Mix
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • ½ cup Onion (diced)
  • ½ cup Green Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 14.5 oz Tomatoes (can ,diced )
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  1. Begin this recipe for cornbread meatloaf by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and preparing a 9×5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Use your food processor to pulverize the stuffing mix into fine crumbs.
  3. Pour into a large bowl and combine with the ground beef, ground pork, onion, green pepper, tomatoes, eggs, seasoned salt, garlic and herb mix, and pepper.
  4. Use your hands to massage the ingredients into one another.
  5. Once well combined, set into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour or until cooked through.
  7. Let rest for five minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with a side of mashed potatoes and brown gravy.
