How To Make Mom's Meatloaf

  • 2 lb 85% fat hamburger
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 pkg Lipton onion soup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small jar salsa
  • salt
  • pepper


  • Mix all ingredients together by hand. Mix them very well until they are well blended. 
  • Pour the mixture into a small rectangular glass pan.
  • Place the pan in the oven and bake for approximately 1 hour at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  • Once you're done baking, serve and enjoy your meal!
