How To Make Mom's Meatloaf

- 2 lb 85% fat hamburger
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 pkg Lipton onion soup
- 2 eggs
- 1 small jar salsa
- Mix all ingredients together by hand. Mix them very well until they are well blended.
- Pour the mixture into a small rectangular glass pan.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for approximately 1 hour at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Once you're done baking, serve and enjoy your meal!
