How To Make Mom's Meatloaf

  • 2 lb hamburger patties, thawed
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 oz onion soup powder, (1 package), preferably Lipton
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz salsa, (1 jar)
  • Salt & ground black pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together by hand. Mix them very well until they are well blended.

  3. Pour the mixture into a small rectangular glass pan.

  4. Place the pan in the oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes.

  5. Once you're done baking, serve with salsa and enjoy your meal!
