Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 8 ounces spaghetti
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a greased baking dish.

In a separate saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and sugar. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour the tomato sauce over the meatloaf.

Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until cooked through.

While the meatloaf is baking, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.

Serve the meatloaf with the spaghetti and additional tomato sauce if desired.
