  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 8 ounces spaghetti


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a greased baking dish.

  4. In a separate saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and sugar. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Pour the tomato sauce over the meatloaf.

  6. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until cooked through.

  7. While the meatloaf is baking, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.

  8. Serve the meatloaf with the spaghetti and additional tomato sauce if desired.
